NEON will release “Exit 8,” directed by Genki Kawamura, in the U.S. on April 10th. The film, adapted from a Japanese indie horror game, received acclaim at Cannes and holds a high Rotten Tomatoes score. A U.S. trailer will be released imminently.
Chiwetel Ejiofor reunites with Mike Flanagan for Blumhouse’s “The Exorcist,” alongside Scarlett Johansson, Jacobi Jupe, and Diane Lane. The new story, set within the “Exorcist” universe, will be released in theaters on March 12th, 2027 and will shoot in New York.
Matthew Macfadyen joins Rachel Weisz in Tomas Alfredson’s “Seance on a Wet Afternoon.” Jack Thorne adapted Mark McShane’s novel for the film. The production is currently underway in the UK.
NBC’s “The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins,” starring Tracy Morgan and Daniel Radcliffe, returns on February 23rd. All episodes will be available on Peacock the next day.
