Netflix is producing a new series titled “Kennedy”, which will explore the origins of the Kennedy family. The series will star Michael Fassbender as patriarch Joseph Kennedy Sr. and will be produced by Chernin Entertainment. Sam Shaw, known for “Castle Rock” and “Manhattan”, will serve as showrunner, and Thomas Vinterberg (“Another Round”) is attached to direct.
