The University of Findlay has introduced a virtual AI engagement officer named Daphne to connect with its 30,000 alumni and community members. Daphne will use texts and emails to share updates on volunteering and support opportunities, aiming to strengthen ties to the university. This initiative is part of the school’s broader effort to incorporate AI into campus communications and education. Findlay is one of only three universities in Ohio using this Givzey technology.
